Saturday Nights in August – Music at One Colorado
One Colorado is pleased to present four amazing singer-songwriters for concerts in the Courtyard as part of their Saturday Nights in August music series. Accompanying the performers will be Courtyard pop-ups hosted by One Colorado’s restaurants. Summer nights with great music and dining under the stars make a perfect pairing.

Elizaveta – Saturday, August 4, 8:00pm
+ Il Fornaio pop-up (626.683.0789)

Born in N.Y.C. and raised in Russia, singer/songwriter Elizaveta offers a unique sound that melodiously unites her eclectic influences and training. An accomplished pianist and opera singer, her recent work combines her classical upbringing with contemporary pop songwriting. Her album Beatrix Runs debuted this year on Universal Republic Records.

María Del Pilar- Saturday, August 11, 8:00pm
+ a/k/a An American Bistro pop-up (626.564.8004)

“If Sade had the soul of a Chilean, you’d have María del Pilar.” Del Pilar’s musical style is a mash-up of influences including Chilean folklore, LA’s alternative music scene and lively dance floor beats. In the U.S., she has shared the stage with Latin pop favorites Julieta Venegas and Aterciopelados. Del Pilar was named one of L.A.’s most fascinating Angelenos in L.A. Weekly’s People 2012 Issue, and she’s grabbed the attention of the international press with coverage in Chile’s Rolling Stone, Spain’s Zona de Obras, Mexico’s Nylon, Latina Magazine and Elle among others. Her music has also been featured in the NBC’s hit TV show Parenthood.

Elaine Faye – Saturday, August 18, 8:00pm
+ Sushi Roku pop-up (626.683.3000)

Faye’s music blends soul, pop and folk blues for an alternative take on So Cal soul. In 2011 Music Connection Magazine named Faye one of the best unsigned bands to see live, the same year she won the California Hard Rock Battle of the Bands. Faye keeps a busy touring schedule, performing at South by Southwest, Coachella and Pasadena’s own Make Music Pasadena among others in 2012.

Clare Means – Saturday, August 25, 8:00pm
+ Il Fornaio pop-up (626.683.0789)

Clare Means is known in the L.A. music scene for her soulful, smoky voice, infectious melodies and poetic lyrics. Her song “Notions of Love” was included on the WB show The Lake, and she appeared as a semi-finalist of NPR’s Prairie Home Companion’s “Talented Twenty-Something” contest.

Concerts begin at 8:00pm and are free and open to the public – seating limited so arrive early and enjoy the evening! All restaurant reservations must be made through host restaurant.
