Make Music Pasadena, Southern California’s largest FREE musical celebration, returns on Saturday, June 1… mark your calendars! The festival is held throughout Downtown Pasadena and is the only free music festival booking Grammy award winning and internationally known artists. From 11:00am until 11:00pm, Downtown Pasadena is transformed into a musical playground where every conceivable genre of music is played. Alleys, courtyards, building lobbies, and other unconventional performance spaces become spontaneous musical stages and social gathering places.

Pasadena’s restaurant community opens its doors to guests from throughout Southern California for the third Pasadena Restaurant Week. The Pasadena Chamber is sponsoring the event, which takes place from Sunday, April 21st through Friday, April 26th. For individual restaurant menus, location and pricing information and a complete list of participating restaurants, visit the official website at www.pasadenarestaurantweek.com.

Pasadena Restaurant Week is a citywide event featuring the cuisine of many of Pasadena’s top dining establishments. Participating restaurants will offer fixed price dinner and/or lunch menu items for visitors. Dinners will be three-course meals while lunches will consist of two-courses. Depending on the venue and menu offered, meals will be priced at either $26, $35 or $44 for dinner or $15, $20 or $25 for lunch. Alcoholic beverages, gratuity and tax are not included in the price unless specified by the individual restaurants in advance.

Lineage Performance Art Center
Lineage Dance joins Chris Pierce to bring the healing power of dance and music together in an exciting, soul-stirring live performance.

Norton Simon Museum
Enjoy the opening night of “monument” on the survival of Mrs. Reppin: An Artwork by Dan Flavin, as well as centuries of masterpieces on permanent view.

Pasadena City Hall
